Individualized, high-touch college transition coaching for neurodivergent students, from the day they're admitted to the end of their freshman year.
Your student. Your family. Your plan.
“Getting admitted is not the same as succeeding. For neurodivergent students, the transition to college is where the wheel comes off, and where the right support changes everything.
Your College Prep
Neurodivergent students know better than anyone that one-size-fits-all doesn't fit them. Their strengths are different, their challenges are different, and the support that works for one student can work against another.
That's why the first word in our name matters most. Every plan we build begins with your student: how they learn, what they need, and what success looks like for them. It's shaped around your family and built for the campus your student has chosen.
In high school, accommodations were managed by staff. Parents could call a teacher. The school day provided structure. In college, all of that is gone overnight.
Your student must register with the disability services office, approach professors on their own, manage their own schedule, and ask for help in a system that wasn't designed to notice they need it, all while living away from home for the first time.
For students with ADHD, autism spectrum profiles, dyslexia, or similar differences, this is the highest-risk chapter of their academic life. It is also when everything your family invested to get them here is most at risk.
Our program isn't for every college student. It's for a specific group of students, and when the fit is right, it makes a profound difference.
A highly capable neurodivergent student with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, a twice-exceptional profile, or a similar difference, who has been admitted to a four-year college or university. Fully able to succeed in higher education, and facing real risk during the transition.
You've invested deeply in your child's future. You've watched them work hard, navigate systems that weren't built for them, and earn their place. Now you want a specialist watching over the transition, not a generic check-in service.
Your student has been admitted. The school is chosen. The admissions process is behind you, and you're asking, "Now what?" That question, and the months before move-in day, is exactly where we begin.
College Success Coaching follows your student through four structured phases, each with its own goals and level of support. We're most present when your student is most vulnerable.
The program is delivered virtually as standard, so we're with your student wherever they go to school, and reachable when they need us, not just during scheduled hours. For families who want us there in person, we'll meet your student on campus, anywhere in the country.
The work we do over the summer, before your student ever sets foot on campus, is often where the greatest difference is made.
A comprehensive intake, a review of all documentation, and your student's Student Success Profile, the document that shapes everything we do together.
Disability services coordination, housing accommodations, academic load planning, and executive function systems, all in place before the first class.
Weekly check-ins, accommodation activation, and real-time support during the most vulnerable stretch of your student's college career.
Ongoing coaching, mid-semester check-ins, finals preparation, and an end-of-semester review that sets up the next term for success.
If you work with neurodivergent students as an admissions counselor, educational psychologist, learning specialist, or school counselor, this is the program to recommend once the admissions process is complete.
Our work starts once a student is admitted and has chosen a school. We don't compete with admissions counseling. We continue from where you leave off, in the gap every counselor knows exists and no one fills.
A student who thrives in college reflects well on everyone who helped them get there. Families remember who looked out for the whole journey, not just the application.
This isn't a generic coaching service. It's built specifically for neurodivergent students, by someone who understands both the student and the institutional systems they must navigate.
Every engagement is tailored to the student and the family. These are the three ways families most often work with us.
For families who want us there in person, we travel to wherever your student is. That can mean move-in week, orientation, a meeting with disability services or a professor, a mid-semester visit, or simply being there when a moment calls for it.
In-person support can be added to any engagement and is arranged around your student's schedule and campus.
The discovery call is thirty minutes, with no charge and no obligation. We'll talk about your student and whether this program is the right fit, and if it isn't, we'll tell you honestly.
